Conveyor Systems

Through our conveyor systems division, Rayridge, we offer a complete range of conveyor systems to cater for the needs of all our clients. We pride ourselves on providing a tailor made conveyor system for each individual client's needs. Below are some examples of our range.

Rayridge RR6 extreme heavy duty fully enclosed inverted overhead chain conveyor. Conveyor chain manufactured from heavy duty double thick link to provide load capacity in excess of 75kg per 300mm pitch.

Rayridge RR8 Overhead Chain Conveyor is a standard 203mm pitch chain capable of carrying loads of 63.5kgs at 406mm pitch. Heavier loads can be accommodated by using double pendants and a load bar. Open or sealed bearing wheels are available.

Also available is an inverted version of the RR8 Conveyor where the pendants protrude through a top slot and the lower part of the track is enclosed. This arrangement is designed for circuits where it is important to prevent dust, etc., from dropping onto the work and also protects the conveyor chain from the overspray. This conveyor is the best choice for the finishing track,

Rayridge RR12 Medium Duty enclosed track overhead chain conveyor, capable of carrying 30kgs (65lbs) at 300mm (12") pitch. Available with pressed steel or corded race bearing wheels, or for more arduous conditions a machined caged race bearing can be supplied.
